"Prime Arc Freedom" Blackberry (Thornless)

Large, small seeded berries, combined with very high productivity make this blackberry cultivar a true winner if loads of firm tasty blackberries are your goal. Very quick growing canes will reach up to 10 feet tall before "tip rooting," giving you many more plants year after year. While erect blackberry cultivars may only produce 3-6lbs of berries per year, trailing cultivars such as these can reach upwards of 20lbs! Blooms very late, avoiding the occasional freezes which would kill the blossoms of earlier blackberries. Ripe berries begin to appear in mid-late summer. Adaptable to most soils.
