Shipping policy

We do our best to send out orders ASAP. 

During the spring you may experience slight shipping delays as it is the busy season, and during summer if there are any heat advisories. 

If plants arrive damaged, email us photos and we will happily send replacements. To this day we have NEVER had a plant arrive damaged.
