Refund policy

Plants should never arrive damaged! If a plant arrives damaged or dead, we will ALWAYS send you a new one! This guarantee naturally extends out a whole 7 days after the plant's arrival date just in case you can't immediately send in a request. 

No refunds 7 days after plant's arrival. Refunds will be processed once received. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
